​How do I

place an order?

All orders must be placed using Urban Words Australia website www.urbanwordsaustralia.com.au

I Require my order this weekend. Will i receive it in time?

If you have ordered last minute but have ordered before the last Sunday, your cake topper order will be dispatched by Wednesday and a tracking number will be emailed to you, larger items such as name signs etc will not be dispatched until later week which will not be received by the weekend.  

 

If you have not ordered as yet but need a cake topper by this weekend, we can still get it to you.  Please check out our Express Cake Topper Range which we will express the next business day, via express post.

Can I express my Order?

If you would like to see if we can express post your order please send us an email via out contact form and we'll let you know if it is possible and how much extra it will cost.

Can I see the artwork for my cake topper?

Urban Words Australia does not supply an artwork copy or proof of the topper once it has been created.  Our team of professional designers will design your cake topper at their own discretion from the information you have provided.

Why has my wooden sign / cake topper got burnt edges?

Due to the fact your wooden sign or cake topper is laser cut it will have laser cut edges which means they will be burnt.  Being laser cut wood the wood will burn as acrylic will melt.

Being laser cut also means there may be imperfections such as smoke marks on the rear side of the product.

Do you ship Internationally?

Urban Words Australia currently only ships Cake Toppers to the following countries;

New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany & South Africa.

If your country is not listed here please send us a message and we'll let you know if we can ship to you. 

Postage will be automatically calculated in checkout.

Payment for overseas transactions is Pay Pal Only.

Can I get a Refund or Exchange?

Due to each item being custom made Urban Words Australia does not offer refunds or exchange on any item.  Once your order has been placed online we do not allow cancellations so please choose carefully. 

When will my parcel arrive?

Once your order has been processed (see processing times here), we will then ship your parcel.  An update will be emailed to you to advise you that your item has been shipped, including a tracking number to track it with via Australia Post or Fast Way for larger bulkier items.
