Processing times will change from time to time. These times are an estimate to ensure you can time your order correctly.

Fabric Covered Names - 2 - 3 weeks
All other Signage, including Placecard Names and Drop Boxes - 1-2 Weeks.
If you have placed your order and need it urgently please contact us via email ( info@urbanwordsaustralia.com.au ) and we will endeavour to do the best we can to have it to you on time.
**If you have ordered a cake topper with a large / bulky item please note the longer processing time will apply.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Urban Words Australia ships within Australia Only.
We ship our products through Australia Post and the Fastway Courier Network from the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula in Geelong, Australia.
All items are sent using a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Please ensure your address is displayed correctly on the order confirmation email you receive, if it is not please forward an email to us at info@urbanwordsaustralia.com.au to have it changed. If your order has been sent to the wrong address, we will need to wait for the item to be returned to us and we will notify you once it is returned. You will need to cover the postage costs for it to be sent again.
Please note larger parcels will require a physical address as Fastway does not post to PO BOXES. If this is not possible we will post your item via Australia Post.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email to advise your order has been placed successfully, the next time you will hear from us is when your order has shipped. Please refer to processing times above.
Express post is available for smaller items, such as cake toppers. Larger items will usually be sent via Fastway Couriers, alternatively will be posted using Australia Post.
Selecting express as a postage option will not speed up processing times, only postage.
Express Post via the Australia Post Express Service is usually received within 1-2 days depending on your location from VIC, 3222. We recommend checking the Australia post website for shipping estimates to your postcode.
By ordering from this website you agree that Urban Words Australia is not for responsible for delivery times and the above delivery times are an estimate only - we cannot guarantee that it will arrive by a particular date as this is out of our control.

REFUNDS / RETURNS
Urban Words does not refund or accept returns for any custom made item. All Urban Words products are classified as being custom made as every item is specifically made for the customer in that particular font, colour, style, size etc, including our generic items as we do not keep stock on hand. If your order has been sent to you incorrectly, please forward an image to us at info@urbanwordsaustralia.com.au and we will have a replacement sent.
